Privacy Policy

In short

Nolo stores what you enter so it can show it back to you: nothing else. We sell no data, show no advertising and use no advertising trackers. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app, without contacting us.

Data we process

• Your email address and password (encrypted), to sign you in and restore your data if you change phones.
• Your goal (stopping or cutting down), your declared usual consumption and estimated weekly spend, entered at setup.
• The days you log a drink, your alcohol-free day count, your challenges and your journal entries (mood 1 to 5 and free-text note).

This information falls under the "health and fitness" category and is declared as such in the App Store privacy label. We collect no location, no contacts, no photos and no advertising identifier.

Where your data is stored

On a database hosted by Supabase Inc. in its European region (Paris, France). Every record is protected by a row-level access rule: technically, another user cannot read your rows.

Third parties

• Supabase Inc. database hosting and account management (authentication). Region: Europe.
• RevenueCat, Inc. management of your subscription state. RevenueCat receives an anonymous account identifier and the purchase state. RevenueCat receives neither your email, nor your days, nor your journal.
• Apple Inc. subscription payment processing through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

Nolo uses no artificial intelligence service and sends your data to no AI model.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. In the app, go to Profile then "Delete my account": your account and all your data (days, journal, challenges) are erased immediately and permanently. No identifiable backup is kept beyond our host’s technical backups, which are purged within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the processing of your data. Erasure is available directly in the app. For any other request, write to support@minosdevs.app: we reply within 30 days.

Children

Nolo is not intended for people under 17 and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
