Need help with alcohol?

Let us start with what matters most. If you are going through a hard time, these services are free, anonymous and staffed by professionals. Talking to someone does not mean you failed.

• Alcool Info Service : 0 980 980 930 (France, every day 8am to 2am, standard rate, anonymous)
• Outside France: ask your GP, or look up your country’s national addiction helpline.
• In a life-threatening emergency: your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in the US).

A problem with the app

Write to us at support@minosdevs.app. Include your iPhone model and what you were doing when the problem happened: it saves us a round trip.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. You can change or cancel your Nolo subscription there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile tab, then "Delete my account". Everything is erased immediately, without having to contact us. Note that this cannot be undone.
