What Nolo is

Nolo is a personal tracking app that counts your alcohol-free days, estimates the money you save and presents general public-health information. By using the app, you accept these terms.

What Nolo is not (important)

Nolo is not a medical device, not a treatment, and not a substitute for advice from a doctor or an addiction professional. The health timeline markers are general information drawn from public-health sources and are not a personal prediction.

Stopping alcohol abruptly can be a health risk for someone who drinks daily. Talk to a doctor before stopping.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. In France, Alcool Info Service: 0 980 980 930, every day 8am to 2am, anonymous and free.

Your account

You must be at least 17 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, which permanently erases your data.

Premium subscription

• Two plans: 9,99 € per month or 59,99 € per year. The prices shown in the app are the App Store prices in your currency and are the ones that apply.
• A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. At the end of the trial, the subscription continues at the chosen rate unless cancelled.
• The subscription renews automatically. It is renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged by Apple to your App Store account.
• You can cancel at any time: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep Premium access until then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to its own terms; we have no control over them.

The day counter, the money saved and the helpline numbers remain free and are never placed behind the subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to bypass the free plan limits, not to disrupt the service and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". The money-saved estimates are indicative and calculated from the amounts you declare. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last twelve months.
